Using the Subsurface Flow Module to simulate karstic systems

I would like to know if in the Comsol Multiphysics Community there is any example of application of the Subsurface Flow Module to karstic systems,

I did a search on Scholar.google.com using the search words "karst + COMSOL" and found quite a few papers:
