Hi,

I am working on electrostatic MEMS simulation. I use the electromechanical model. I make an extra sub beams to increase the stiffness of the original beam. I want to make a mechanical contact (before the pull-in voltage) between theses sub beams and the substrate in the electomechanical model. I fellow a tutorial to make a contact pairs at solid mechanics model, I tried it apply it at my file but the boundaries showed an applicable. It would be very nice also if I can make this contact happened after the pull-in voltage.
