how much RAM is possible?

Hi all,
Looks like I will be computing a lot of heavy 3D models in the future, and I am thinking of maybe upgrading the hardware. Currently I run a 64 bit with 20Gb RAM, but am looking to increase the performance.

So the question is: what is the most powerful commercial computer for running COMSOL?

We did a quick search for large-RAM machines about a month ago. Google reveals:

up to 192Gb
www.supermicro.com/products/system/2U/8025/SYS-8025C-3R.cfm

up to 256Gb
www.dell.com/us/en/enterprise/enterprise/server-poweredge-r900/pd.aspx?refid=server-poweredge-r900&cs=555&s=biz

up to 512Gb
www.sun.com/servers/x64/x4600/specs.xml

These machines take DDR2. This week in Australia DDR2 is costing about A$365 for 8Gb (2*4Gb). Would be interesting to hear about someones experience running COMSOL on a machine like one of these.
