Matlab script to pull new interpolation grid text files each iteration

I have created multiple geostatistical realisations of K and want to run each of them iteratively using comsol. I figure the best way to use multiple interpolation grid files in multiple simulations is to call them in a loop using matlab, however I am having issues setting this up. I was wondering if anyone has tried something like this before with success.
