Plasma Module: positive_column_2d solver error

I tried running the application module provided by COMSOL, and I'm getting this error:
Nonlinear solver did not converge. Maximum number of Newton iterations reached. There was an error message from the linear solver. The relative residual (0.3) is greater than the relative tolerance. Time: 3.2000000000000001e-12 s. Last time step is not converged.
I suspect this might be because this was made for an outdated version, and somewhere along the lines, the functionalities changed, and now it no longer works. That being said, I'm in the process of learning the plasma module, so understanding why it doesn't work and how I can fix it would be great.
