time derivation(dT/dt)

I got the curve of temparature which varies with time,and the time step setting is (0,0.0001,0.2) .Then i use d(T,TIME) to study the temprature change ,however i can't get a smooth curve but one with many sudden change like labber(like the attachments). Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
