Taking surface average along consecutive parallel planes

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I have a 3D concentration field and I want to plot a 1D plot showing the areal average concentration vs x. When I create a cut plane and add additionall parallel planes, I can't seem to take the surface average of these, I only get returned a single average of the initial plane.

I notice these threads are similar but are now very old and do not answer my question: https://www.comsol.com/forum/thread/94851/averaging-line-graph https://www.comsol.com/forum/thread/42847/Averaging https://www.comsol.com/blogs/maximum-evaluations-on-parallel-sections/

Is there a way of doing this that does not involve manually defining each cut plane and taking the surface average of each individually?

Thanks!
