Surface Phonon Polaritons in COMSOL

Hello, I have to simulate electromagnetics and Heat together. I was hoping to start a chat about to proceed. I will work in near-field radiative heat exchange between two parallel plates which have surface phonon polaritons(SPP). In parallel, there will be temperature modulation on these plates that will affect the EM propagation. Is it possible to model SPP and if so, how accurate are the models compared to say ANSYS Lumerical?
