本文基于热传导方程,采用COMSOL有限元模拟软件中的固体传热接口研究TC4钛合金在进行飞秒激光表面扫描过程中的温度场变化。模拟采用控制变量法,通过改变不同的加工参数(脉冲能量、重复频率、扫描速度等)模拟飞秒激光加工对TC4钛合金表面瞬时最高温度的变化的影响。模拟结果表明,在多脉冲飞秒激光照射下,单个脉冲能量越高,热积累的平衡温度越高;脉冲重复频率越高,表面接受总能量越多,热积累平衡温度越高;扫描速度可以影响热积累的平衡,改善材料因表面最高温度过高而发生的氧化或熔化等不良现象。模型的模拟结果与经过验证的基于Matlab软件的数值模型的模拟实验结果相近 ... Saiba Mais

采用COMSOL Multiphysics®软件对病房内空调系统的气流组织进行模拟,探究采用顶部卡式风机盘管送风和部分吊顶侧送风两种送风模式下房间内温度场、气流速度的差异。首先,按照病房的实际尺寸与内部设备,对病房进行几何构建;根据房间各物品的实际材质,添加并设定材料物性参数、墙面和玻璃窗的热工性质。针对顶部卡式风机盘管送风和部分吊顶侧送风模式,对空调的送风口、新风口和回风口尺寸按照设计规范的要求进行计算,在模型开发器内进行几何构建并定义送风口与新风口及其空气流速。模拟过程中使用流体传热和湍流k-ε两物理场进行耦合,计算出房间内的温度与速度分布情况。通过计算发现 ... Saiba Mais
