Domain without outlet

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello everyone,

I am new to COMSOL and I am trying to simulate a domain without an outlet. I want a gas to flow into the domain due to a pressure difference between the inlet and the pressure of the domain. My problem is that when I set the inlet to a certain pressure, the whole domain takes on the inlet pressure at timestep 0. So there is no flow.

I read about the pressure point constraint, but this fixes the pressure at a certain point and I want the pressure inside of the domain to increase over time.

If anything is unclear let me know.

Thanks in advance!

Ben
